Very few things are better than a good mashup, and boy, do we have a great combo for you today - that’s basketball and Italian food. First, we’ll be joined by Brackets for Good, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps local nonprofits through competitive, online fundraising tournaments.

Then, we’re talking Italian - food that is! We’ll be joined by the owner of Iozzo's Garden of Italy, to talk about their long-running history here in Indianapolis and what you should put on your must-eat list. All that and more, today on the Edge!

It's the first week of March, which means March Madness is right around the corner and here in Indianapolis, we kickoff March Madness with Brackets for Good.

Brackets for Good is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps build awareness, raise funds, and expand marketing capabilities for local nonprofits through competitive, online fundraising tournaments.

This organization was started by Matt McIntyre and Matt Duncan after Butler had their great run in 2011.

Have you been to Iozzo's Garden Italy? They have some of the BEST Italian food you can have in the city. They also have an interesting backstory.

The restaurant is one of the oldest and newest Italian restaurants in Indy - and that's because the restaurant closed for 40 years.

Katie Harris, the owner of Iozzo's Garden of Italy, joins us on the show to talk about what's new at the restaurant and tell more about the history of their family restaurant.
