We're back with season two of Edge of Indy and to kickoff 2018! Nutrition and health is usually on everyone's mind at the start of the year, so we are joined with two brothers with a focus on the macro level - that's Ben and Nathan Canary of HercuLean Meal Prep. We also need your help Indy. We have a MASSIVE blood shortage on our hands and the Indiana Blood Center needs blood - NOW! They're here to tell us more - all this and more, today on the EDGE!

HercuLean Meal Prep opened up on the Northside last year as they are helping Hoosier eat healthier by offering meals for pickup or shipped to your house.

According to their website, "HercuLean Meal Prep is based on the philosophy that food can bring about body transformation and taste great, too. With our fanatical devotion to nutritional purity and precise measurement of ingredients, getting in shape has never been easier."

HercuLean Meal Prep was started by brothers Ben and Nate Canary when they decided to lose weight. Nathan was a bodybuilder and Ben was an accomplished home chef, and they combined their skillsets to lose weight and lost over 100 lbs combined. That's when they decided to open HercuLean Meal Prep.
